Real Vision CEO Raoul Pal says he’s expecting 2023 to be a decently good year and 2024 to be an extremely good year for Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH), the top two crypto assets by market cap.
“So here we are on the long-term adoption cycle where Metcalfeβs Law kicks in, and this is the thing that drives the exponential gains. Every time we get to this situation, we get new highs within about 18 months, maximum two yearsβ¦ So Iβm expecting 2023 to be a decently good year and 2024 to be an extremely good year.β

Facebook’s Metaverse – The Next Chapter of the Internet
A metaverse is a virtual world where individuals can play, work and interact with others. They can buy and sell items, and communicate with their virtual avatars.
Facebook’s founder Mark Zuckerberg laid out his vision for the metaverse in a long video released in October. He described it as the “next chapter” of the internet. While the social network is not the only tech company interested in the concept, they’re the ones leading the way.
As a matter of fact, Mark’s announcement sparked public interest in the concept. The idea is that people can access the metaverse through a VR headset or through other virtual reality accessories.
The concept of a metaverse has been building momentum for years. It’s been a topic of discussion in every media outlet. It’s also been embraced by several corporations, including Microsoft.
Microsoft has announced plans to build its own metaverse. The company will use augmented reality and virtual reality technology to create a shared virtual space for users. It’s aiming to do this with a virtual version of Windows called Quest VR.
Other companies have already been working on the idea. For example, The Sandbox is a virtual reality platform with backing from SoftBank and gaming brands such as Atari.
Aside from virtual reality, the Sandbox is also using crypto technology. This will allow users to monetize their virtual experience through the SAND cryptocurrency. It will also allow them to buy and sell real-world property, as well as other assets.
